Gray Neck. Tales

A little more than one and a half centuries ago, there lived a wonderful writer in the Urals – Dmitry Narkisovich Mamin-Sibiryak. He had a keen sense of the nature of his native land and loved children very much. D. N. Mamin-Sibiryak wrote a lot for adult readers, but most of us know and love his fairy tales. The best tales by the writer are included in our book.
In our book, the kids will meet Gray Neck – a very brave duck with a broken wing, the Hare who desperately wanted to seem brave, and the cheerful Bug who owned a whole world. They will learn how the last Fly lived and why the Crow and the Canary could not understand each other. And then, together with Alyonushka, they will see a wonderful magical dream.
