On the way to Planet X, full of gold and precious stones, where Sam Starbuck's parents crashed, the crew of the pirate ship "Merry Apollo" picks up a passenger on board. He is a jester and a jokester, a champion bowler, and just a great guy! But something about him worries the cabin boy Sam. What if the boy is right, and everything is not as it seems? And how is this related to the fearsome pirate Black Beard?
