On a gloomy day, Dina went for a walk with her mom and little brother.

She was swinging alone on the swings when a woman with a golden retriever named Oringo came to the playground.

Dina had no idea she would find new friends that day and learn from Oringo's owner about Goldie — the endlessly devoted guide dog.

This dog saved its owner on September 11, 2001, on the day of a global tragedy that claimed thousands of lives.
