Police officer Dimpfelmozer is in a panic: Hotzenplotz has escaped again and is wandering around the area, spreading terror among peaceful citizens. The inseparable friends Kasperl and Seppel come to the officer's aid once more and come up with something special to capture the daring robber, namely — to send the criminal to the Moon! You may ask: how? Of course, by building a special rocket for this purpose. After all, Hotzenplotz won't be able to escape from the Moon, will he?
