On the pages of this comic adaptation of the eponymous story by Andrzej Sapkowski, a tale unfolds about passions, the justification of evil, and its roots. 
Secluded in his tower, the sorcerer from Blaviken asks Geralt to help him get rid of a monster that intends to kill him — a young woman who was born under the Curse of the Black Sun. But when Geralt meets this woman, she claims that the sorcerer is the real monster — he commits unspeakable acts driven by his superstitious beliefs. And since the face of evil constantly changes, any decision the witcher makes — to intervene or not — may only lead to tragedy.
