Maria has reasons to dislike Sebastian Rey-Defo. First, he humiliated and insulted her in front of strangers (about the fact that he did her a favor, she tried not to remember), and now, even if indirectly, Rey-Defo is guilty of her twin brother possibly ending his life in a wheelchair.
