The Trans-Siberian Railway is not just a very long railway. It connects a vast country like a string of beads, onto which both large megacities and small settlements are strung.
The Transsib is filled with stories and legends; for many writers,... it has become a source of inspiration, a symbol of man's journey to unexplored distant lands.
It inspired us to create this book, with which readers can embark on a journey alongside the passengers of the Moscow-Vladivostok train.
At each stop, they will not only learn about the history and attractions of the locality but also meet real people who live here. Indeed, the residents of the cities and towns where the Trans-Siberian Express stops helped us in the creation of this book.
