An extraordinary, colorful story of mythological heroes of Karelia. The most complete list of Karelian and Finnish gods, some of whom are known to us mainly through the immortal poem "Kalevala." The list was compiled in the mid-16th century by Mikael Agricola to condemn pagan gods, but, unwittingly, he saved for us Ukko and Rauni, Pellonpekko and Egryas, and others.
