Everyone knows his name, for it is Papa Dictator, the world-famous tyrant. He has a nuclear arsenal, usurped power, a bad temper, two children, and a palace with a petting zoo. Over the course of eight comic issues, the Dictator... fights with his neighbors, blocks the internet, celebrates anniversaries, invents his ideology, and tries to raise a son and daughter who see him as he is.
Created and illustrated by German artist Mick, Papa Dictator has been confusing those unable to see the bitter truth behind the biting joke — and vice versa — for ten years now.
